How Shipping Works

We prepare your order within 1–3 days after you pay. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with everything you need to track it.

You can also check on your order anytime by visiting the "Track Your Order" page in our menu.

When Will It Arrive?

Most orders arrive within 5–8 days. Deliveries don't happen on weekends, and occasionally things like holidays or customs can add a day or two. We appreciate your patience if that happens.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order but for a Limited Time.

Do I Have to Pay Customs or Taxes?

In most cases, orders to the US and UK arrive without any extra fees. On rare occasions, your country may apply customs or import charges — those are outside our control, but it's uncommon.
